Dr. Griffith is a board-certified sports chiropractor in the state of California. She is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP) through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP) and holds her Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) credential through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Dr. Griffith takes an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to care so that each patient receives an individualized plan that reflects the current best clinical guidelines.
Carlos Padilla is a chiropractic intern at Impower Sports Performance and Rehab, dedicated to helping individuals overcome pain and achieve peak performance.
He holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from California State University, East Bay, and is currently in his thirteenth quarter of the Doctor of Chiropractic program at Life Chiropractic College West.
At Impower, Carlos provides comprehensive care, including chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, cupping, and individualized rehabilitation programs. Having navigated his own journey recovering from training-related injuries and managing pain, he understands the challenges of returning to full strength and optimal function. He is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care that enables people to move better and get back to the activities they love.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Carlos speaks both English and Spanish. Outside the clinic, he enjoys strength training, practicing Muay Thai, photography and cinematography, and watching all things comedy.
